Use this recipe in place of 2 cans of cream soup for recipes.
Cream of Chicken Soup
Yield: 2 cans
2 cups milk
3 Tbs corn starch
3 packets (or 3 tsp) of chicken bouillon granules
Directions:
- Whisk corn starch into the cold milk in a saucepan.
- Add the chicken bouillon granules and heat to a boil while whisking frequently. Reduce heat and simmer about a minute until thickened.
- Use this soup in recipes in place of one 2 cans of creamed soup.
